Exhibitor Information

NOTE: the Exhibitor show runs for one day only: Friday, November 15

Non Profit Discount (50%) – $300

Includes:

  • In-person booth with 6’ or 8′ draped table and two chairs; meals & breaks for up to two exhibitors
  • Your organization name and information on conference webpage as an exhibitor
  • Conference delegate list (provided to exhibitors post-conference)

Additional Advertising

Corporate Delegate Bag Insert – $150
Non-profit Delegate Bag Insert – $100

Delegate bag inserts will be distributed to all registered delegates, with an electronic copy on the conference webpage (e.g., flyers, product samples, newsletters, promotional items, etc.)

All insert items, including electronic copies, must be received no later than October 31, 2024 (please plan for a quantity of 80)
