Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Saskatchewan Association of Nurse Practitioners (SANP), we strive to provide the best possible service to our members. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for membership fees may be granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for membership fees may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation Within 14 Days: If you cancel your membership within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Service Issues: If you experience significant issues with our services that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or experience a billing error, you are eligible for a full refund of the incorrect charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your membership after the 14-day cancellation period, no refund will be provided.

  • Violation of Terms: If your membership is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, no refund will be provided.

  • Partial Use: If you have used a portion of the membership benefits, no partial refunds will be provided.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@sasknp.org mail with your membership details and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund.

  3. Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
